半夏白术天麻汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕临床观察

目的：观察半夏白术天麻汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将50例患者随机分为治疗组26例和对照组24例,对照组采用葛根素注射液治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服半夏白术天麻汤治疗,疗程14天,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征及椎基底动脉血液平均流速指标的变化。结果：治疗组临床症候疗效及改善椎基底动脉血液平均流速指标均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：半夏白术天麻汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有明显疗效。

Clinical Curative Effect of Banxiabaizhutianmafang on 50 Vertigo Patients with Vertebral Basilar Insufficiency

Objective：To study the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on vertigo patients with vertebral basilar insufficiency.Methods：50 patients were ramdonly divided into two groups.The control group includes 24 patients,the treatment group includes 26 patients.The patients in control group were given Puerarin（ivgtt） as basic therapy.The patients in treatment group were given Puerarin（ivgtt） and Chinese herbs treatment of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction for 14 days.Clinical symtoms and Vertebrobasilar arterial blood average flow velocity changes were observed before and after treatment.Results：The clinical curative effect of treatment grope showed that Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction obviously improved symtoms and Vertebrobasilar arterial blood average flow velocity（P0.05）.Conclusion：Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction has apparent curative effect on vertigo patients with vertebral basilar insufficiency.
