| 摘 要： | 目的：对分清五淋丸的质量控制标准进行研究。方法：用薄层色谱法对该丸中知母进行鉴定。采用高效液相色谱法进行了定量分析。结果：用薄层色谱法鉴定出知母中芒果苷的存在。采用HPLC法测定了该丸剂中芒果苷的含量,方法精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,平均回收率为97.90%,RSD=1.14%。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可应用于对中成药分清五淋丸的质量检测。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the quality control of Fenqin Wulin Pill.Methods：Identify Anemarrhena asphodeloides of the Fenqin Wulin Pill by TLC.HPLC was used to do quantitative analysis.Results：The existence of mangiferin in the Anemarrhena asphodeloides was confirmed by TLC;HPLC was used to analyze quantitatively the content of mangiferin.The precision,stability and repeatability of the methods are good.The average recovery was 97.90%,and RSD was 1.14%.Conclusion：While the method is simple,the result shows high precision and repeatability,it may easily apply to the quality test of the traditional Chinese medicine. |
