| 摘 要： | 通过对近年来国内外对糖尿病肾病伴肾功能不全的研究现状及相关文献的分析、总结,分别从病因病机、辨证分型、治法方药等加以阐述,说明中医药治疗不仅可以改善临床症状,降低尿蛋白,改善肾功能,并起到辅助降糖降脂的作用,相较于西医治疗有较大的优势。

| Abstract: | Through to the at home and abroad in recent years to the diabetes nephrosis with renal insufficiency of the research status and the related literature and summarized.From the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation of syndromes and herbs,points explained.It shows that TCM that not only can improve the clinical symptoms,lower urine protein,improve renal function,but also play the role of auxiliary hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic.Compared with western medicine treatment,TCM has a big advantage. |
