| 摘 要： | 原发性痛经是女性常见病、多发病，给患者造成身心痛苦，影响生活和工作质量，纵观近5年治疗原发性痛经的文献，从其发病机制、主要证型及其各家治疗经验等方面分析了国内中医药治疗原发性痛经的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Primary dysmenorrhea is a common women disease：, frequently-occurring. And it can cause physical and mental suffering, influence the quality of life and work. And throughout almost five years of the literature of primary dysmenorrhea, from its pathogenesis, syndrome types and their families main treatment experience were analyzed for the domestic Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea research progress. |
