| 摘 要： | 目的：研究神经妥乐平配合中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法：将患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组予神经妥乐平配合中药内服治疗,对照组予维生素B1肌肉注射治疗。4周为1疗程。结果：1疗程结束后,治疗组有效率88%,对照组有效率16%,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论：神经妥乐平配合中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效好,安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective：This study was designed to assess the efficacy and safety of neurotropin and chinese medicine on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster.Methods：50 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups：the trial group received neurotropin and Chinese medicine;the control group received vitB1.Results：During the treatment,the degree of pain relieved in the trial group was more markedly than that in the controls.Conclusions：The results suggest that neurotropin and Chinese medicine is an effective and safe agent for treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. |
