基于文献研究的原发性痛经灸疗选穴规律探讨

目的：总结应用灸法治疗痛经的选穴规律，为规范与推广灸法治疗痛经提供理论依据。方法：计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库和中国中医文献检索系统数据库，对所得文献进行阅读分析，建立经灸法治疗选穴数据库，进行统计分析。结果：灸法治疗痛经主穴选取共出现25个穴位，其中以关元、三阴交出现频次最多，分别为25．56％、14．29％。结论：临床应用灸法治疗痛经应以关元、三阴交为主穴，以达到调理冲任、温经止痛的目的。

Discussed the Laws of Choose Point to Cure PD by Moxibustion Based on the Literature Research

Objective ： Study the laws of choose point to cure primary dysmenorrhea by moxibustion, in order to provide theory basis to regulate and promote moxibustion therapy dysmenorrhea. Methods ： Retrieval CBM, CNKI, TCM by Computer, reading and analysis the literature, Establish the database of moxibustion therapy choose acupuncture point, then Statistical analysis. Results：We get 25 point to cure primary dysmenorrhea by moxibustion in the literature, Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao appear most times, about 25.56%, 14.29%. Conclusion：We must to choose Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao to cure primary dysmenorrhea when we use moxibustion to cure primary dysmenorrhea in the clinical work, for the two point can warming channel for relieving pain and regulating Chong and Ren meridians.
