椎动脉颅内段的解剖学研究及其临床意义

摘    要:目的 观察椎动脉颅内段的形态特点,为临床提供解剖学依据。方法 在25具经防腐处理的成人尸体标本上,观察椎动脉颅内段的形态特点,测量椎动脉颅内段起、止点的压扁外径及长度。结果 椎动脉颅内段起点压扁外径左侧为5.19±0.33mm,右侧为4.82±0.59mm,止点压扁外径左侧为5.05±0.37mm,右侧为4.66±0.77mm;长度左侧为32.7±1.2mm,右侧为32.7±1.1mm。结论椎动脉颅内段的测量结果对椎动脉颅内段的病变有重要参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To observe the configuration of intracranial branch of vertebral artery and to provide anatomical basis for clinic. Methods The configuration , outer diameters and length of the intracranial branch of vertebral artery were investigated on 25 adult cadaverous specimens. Results The outer diameter at jumping-off point of the intracranial branch of vertebral artery on the left and right sides were 5.19 ±0.33mm and 4.82 ±0.59mm , the outer diameter at stopping-off point of the intracranial branch of vertebral artery on the left and right sides were 5.05 ±0.37mm and 4.66 ±0. 77mm respectively. The length of the intracranial branch of vertebral artery on the left and right sides was 32.7 ±1.2mm and 32.7 ±1.1mm respectively. Conclusion The results of measurement of the intracranial branch of vertebral artery have important reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of the pathological change of the intracranial branch of vertebral artery.
