| 摘 要： | 目的 观察Smac 和Ki67 在甲状腺癌中的表达,并探讨Smac 表达与Ki67 的关系及其临床意 义。方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测87 例甲状腺癌组织中Smac 和Ki67 的表达,分析Smac 表达与临 床病理因素和Ki67 的关系。结果 Smac 在甲状腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为71. 3 %(62/ 87) ,在所有的 腺瘤旁组织中均见表达(20/ 20) ; Ki67 增殖指数为42. 74 ±14. 52 。Smac 在男性、年龄≥45 岁、髓样癌和 未分化癌、原发病灶超出包膜、以及Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期甲状腺癌患者中的表达明显降低( P < 0. 05) 。Smac 阳性 表达患者的Ki67 增殖指数较Smac 阴性表达者低[ (40. 70 ±14. 68) vs (47. 78 ±13. 06) , P < 0. 05 ] 。结 论 Smac 和Ki67 在甲状腺癌中的表达发生改变具有相关性,提示其可能在甲状腺癌的发生发展中发 挥重要作用且两者可能具协同作用。
