| 摘 要： | 脑缺血可引起血脑屏障结构和功能的破坏,而血脑屏障既是脑缺血损伤的结果,也是进一步触发脑组织损伤的原因。中医药在脑缺血级联反应损伤防治方面已经取得较为肯定的疗效,尤其在脑缺血后血脑屏障损伤的跨膜蛋白转运体,蛋白水解酶,炎症黏附因子及水通道蛋白等分子机制方面亦获得了一定进展,展望中医药防治血脑屏障损伤将随现代生物物理成像技术发展有更大的前景。

| Abstract: | Cerebral ischemia can lead to the structure and function of the blood-brain barrier damage,and cerebral ischemic damage is the result of the blood-brain barrier,also trigger further the brain damage.Chinese medicine cerebral ischemic cascade reaction to the injury effect has been made with some degree of certainty.In particular,the blood-brain barrier damage after cerebral ischemia in the transmembrane protein transporter,proteolytic enzymes,aquaporin,inflammatory adhesion molecules and other molecular mechanism have been some progress.Prospect BBB injury prevention medicine with modern biological physical imaging technology will have greater prospects for development. |
