| 摘 要： | 目的研究黄芩的提取工艺。方法以黄芩苷提取率和干膏率作为考察指标,采用L9(3)4正交试验法对黄芩提取工艺进行优选。结果提取次数对考察指标具有显著性影响。结论黄芩可能好的提取工艺为依次加12、10、8倍量50%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To study the extraction process of radix scutellariae.Methods The extraction conditions of radix scutellariae were studied with orthogonal test(L_(9)(3)~(4)),the content of baicalin and dry extractive material taken as indexes and alcohol concentration,extraction times and extraction time as factors.Results The extraction times has significant effect on the indexes.Conclusion The optimal extraction process is extracting radix scutellariae circumfluencely with 12,10 and 8 times volume of 50% alcohol in turn and 1.5 hours every time. |
