健脾祛瘀汤治疗对晚期胃癌患者的体力状况、毒副作用、近期治疗有效性、生活质量的影响

目的探讨健脾祛瘀汤治疗对晚期胃癌患者的体力状况、毒副作用、近期治疗有效性、生活质量的影响。方法2017年1月至2019年6月就诊的晚期胃癌患者90例,随机分为两组,对照组行化疗方案治疗,研究组在化疗方案治疗基础上服用中药汤剂。比较两组的体力状况、毒副作用、近期治疗有效性、生活质量等情况。结果对照组治疗前后KPS评分无差异,研究组治疗后KPS评分高于治疗前,也高于治疗后对照组(P<0.05);研究组出现周围神经异常、白细胞减少、血小板减少、体温升高、恶心呕吐、脱发等反应的比例均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组近期疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);两组组内对比,生活质量评分均有明显提升,研究组提升幅度更大,治疗后,研究组总分、躯体方面、心理方面、社会人际关系方面等生活领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规化疗方案治疗的晚期胃癌患者治疗中加入健脾祛瘀汤中药汤剂的服用,可提升患者体力,减少化疗毒副作用,提高化疗效果,加快改善患者生活质量。

Effect of Jianpi Quyu decoction on toxicity,quality of life and physical condition of patients with advanced gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the effects of jianpi quyu decoction on the efficacy,side effects,quality of life and physical condition of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 90 patients with ad-vanced gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received chemotherapy regimen,and the study group received traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of chemotherapy regimen.The physical condition,side effects,efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results there was no difference in KPS score of the control group before and after treatment.The KPS score of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The number of patients with peripheral nerve abnormalities,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,increased body temperature,nausea,vomiting and hair loss in the study group were all lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The short-term efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life scores in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the study group was even greater.After treatment,the scores of the study group in terms of total score,physical,psychological,and social interpersonal relationships were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the use of Jianpi Quyu decoction in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients treated with conventional chemotherapy regimen can enhance patients'physical strength,reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,improve the effect of chemotherapy,and accelerate the improvement of patients'quality of life.The application of Jianpi Quyu decoction is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
