从背部论治探讨推拿治疗小儿非肿块型先天肌性斜颈

对于小儿非肿块型先天性肌性斜颈,多数医家均以患侧胸锁乳突肌为治疗重点,以达到舒筋活血,疏通局部血液供给,缓解肌肉痉挛。但局部治疗见效慢,疗程长,尤其是对年龄稍大的患儿。手术治疗有见效快,疗程短的优点,但损伤较大,对肿块不明显的病例疗效欠佳。从小儿生理病理及解剖学分析,结合临床实践体会,既注意患侧胸锁乳突肌局部,又注意斜方肌等颈项肩部相关组织的整体调节,同时,对健侧胸锁乳突肌亦予以适量的调整,多方位推拿,协调患儿项肩背部肌肉的力学平衡,探求提高疗效的方法。
