糖尿病周围神经病变患者检测血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者检测血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的临床价值。方法采用化学发光法检测120例糖尿病并发周围神经病变患者(DPN组)、47例糖尿病未并发周围神经病变患者(DM组)、40例健康对照者(对照组)的血清NSE,并根据多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分将120例DPN患者分为轻度组(35例)、中度组(51例)、重度组(34例)。结果⑴DPN组、DM组、对照组血清NSE相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),DPN组血清NSE显著高于DM组、对照组(P0.05),DM组与对照组血清NSE差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。⑵轻度组、中度组、重度组血清NSE相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),重度组血清NSE显著高于轻度组、中度组(P0.05),中度组血清NSE显著高于轻度组(P0.05)。结论血清NSE与DPN密切相关,血清NSE既可以用于DPN的诊断,还可以用于DPN的病情评估。

Clinical value of serum neuron-specific enolase test for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE) detection for patients with dia-betic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods The serum NSE in 120 cases of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy (DPN group),47 cases of diabetic patients without peripheral neuropathy (DM group) and 40 cases of healthy controls (control group) was detected by chemical luminescence assay,and 120 cases of DPN were divided into mild group (35 cases),moderate group (51 cas-es) and severe group (34 cases) according to the scores of Toronto clinical scoring system (TCSS). Results ⑴The differences of serum level of NSE were statistically significant among DPN group,DM group and control group (P<0.05),and the serum level of NSE in DPN group is significantly higher than that in DM group and control group (P<0.05),while significant difference is not found in the serum level of NSE between DM group and control group (P>0.05).⑵The differences of serum level of NSE were sta-tistically significant among mild group,moderate group and severe group (P<0.05),and the serum level of NSE in severe group is significantly higher than that in moderate group and mild group (P<0.05),and the serum level of NSE in moderate group is signifi-cant higher than that in mild group (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum level of NSE are closely correlated to DPN,and serum level of NSE could be used for diagnosis as well as evaluation of DPN.
