黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗血管迷走性晕厥的临床观察

目的观察黄芪注射液穴位注射足三里穴治疗血管迷走性晕厥(VVS)的临床疗效。方法选取经直立倾斜试验(TTT)明确诊断为血管迷走性晕厥的患者40例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各20例,两组均口服美托洛尔,治疗组加黄芪注射液行足三里穴位注射,治疗后观察晕厥再发情况,并再次行TTT试验判断疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率70%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液穴位注射联合美托洛尔治疗血管迷走性晕厥疗程短,疗效确切,远期疗效明显。

Effect of astragalus injection in acupoint injection in treatment of vasovagal syncope

Objective To explore the effect of astragalus injection in acupoint injection in treatment of vasovagal syncope. Methods 40 patients with vasovagal syncope diagnosised with head-up tilt test were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were treated with oral metoprolol. The treatment group was treated with Huangqi acupoint at Zusanli. The syncope recurrence and head-up tilt test were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%. There were no adverse reacTion of the patients. Conclusion It is effective to treat vas- ovagal syncope with metoprolol and astragalus injection.
