| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药雾化吸入配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用中药雾化吸入与化疗结合治疗,对照组单纯用化疗治疗。观察治疗前后原发病灶疗效、KPS评分、骨髓抑制情况及胃肠反应等毒副反应发生情况。结果治疗后治疗组卡氏评分比对照组高(P<0.05);白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板下降较对照组下降程度轻,例次相对少(P<0.05)。结论中药雾化吸入配合化疗治疗NSCLC,在生活质量、减轻化疗毒副反应等方面优于单纯化疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of TCM ultrasonic nebulized inhalation combined with chemothera- py for non-small cell lung cancers （NSCLC）. Methods NSCLC patients were randomized into two groups： study group which received TCM ultrasonic nebulized inhalation combined with chemotherapy, and control group which received chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy of primary lesion, the score of KPS and the major toxic effects were detected. Results After treatment, the score of KPS in study group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The fall degree of WBC, Hb, PLT in study group was lighter than that of control group. Conclusion TCM ultrasonic nebulized inhalation combined with chemotherapy for NSCLC is better than chemotherapy in quality of life and alleviating the major toxic effects. |
