补阳还五汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效观察

目的观察补阳还五汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效和安全性。方法将56例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例,口服补阳还五汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤+柳氮磺吡啶;对照组24例,口服柳氮磺吡啶,均治疗6个月。观察治疗前后的临床及实验室指标改变情况及疗效,并对不良反应进行评价。结果治疗6个月后,两组患者在自觉症状、晨僵时间、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)、Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数(BASDAI)、Schober试验、胸廓活动度、血沉(ESR)及C反应蛋白(CRP)指标均比治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组的指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的不良反应较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎安全有效。

Effect of Buyanghuanwu Tang plus Huangqi-Guizhi-Wuwu decoction on ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the combined regimes including Buyanghuanwu Tang plus Huangqi--Guizhi--Wuwu decoction on ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The former group received the combined regime while the latter received sulfasalazine only. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Results Patients of both groups were greatly improved in the overall efficacy rate, morning stiffness time, BASFI, BASDAI, Schober test, thoracic mobility, ESR and CRP （P〈0. 05）. The change in the treatment group was greater than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat ankylosing spondylitis with Buyanghuanwu Tang plus Huangqi--Guizhi--Wuwu decoction.
