中药汤剂配合碎石术、西药辅助治疗泌尿结石对照观察

[目的]观察中药汤剂配合碎石术、西药辅助治疗泌尿结石的临床疗效。[方法]选取2010年至2012年3月我院收治的泌尿结石患者40例,随机分成两组,治疗组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),治疗组采用中西药物配合体外震波碎石术治疗,对照组仅采用西药配合体外震波碎石术治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果,术后并发症改善情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(65.00%),χ2=16.154,P<0.01,差异有显著统计学意义。[结论]中药汤剂配合碎石术、西药辅助治疗泌尿结石的临床疗效明显,中西药配合使用能有效改善碎石后的并发症,是值得临床大力推广应用的。

The Clinical Effects Observation About Compounding Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy(ESWL)to Treat 40 Urinary Calculi Patients

[Objectives] To observe the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in treatment of urinary calculi lithotripsy,auxiliary clinical curative effect.[Methods]From 2010 to 2012 March in our hospital of urinary calculi in 40 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(n=20) and control group(n=20),treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment,the control group only with western medicine combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment,observe the effect of two groups,postoperative complications after improvement.[Results]The cure rate of the treatment group(40.00%) and total efficiency(95.00%) was significantly higher than that in control group(15.00%,65%),the treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine treatment of urinary calculi lithotripsy,supporting the clinical curative effect is obvious,with Chinese and Western medicine in use can effectively improve after lithotripsy complication,is worth the clinical promoted application.
