| 摘 要： | 目的:探索快速制备免疫血清的方法和效果。方法:采用短程免疫法,分别以伤寒沙门菌O抗原和卵黄抗原分组小剂量连续多次免疫家兔后,收集抗血清,用ELISA间接法测定抗体效价。结果:ELISA结果显示伤寒沙门菌O抗原和卵黄抗原抗血清最终分别达到1∶20 480和1∶10 240的高效价。结论:短程免疫法所制备抗血清效价高,亲和力强。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of producing immune serum and its effect with short-term immunization.Metheds By the means of short-term immunization,rabbits were immunized with Salmonella typhi O antigen and yolk antigen instantly for 4 to 6 times with small dose,then the serum was picked up to obtain the r-globulin.The titer of antibody was checked up with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Reslults The titer of antiserum from Salmonella typhi O antigen and yolk antigen reached high up to 1∶20 480 and 1∶10 240 separately.Conclusion The antiserum prepared by short-term immunization is high-titer and high-affinity. |
