对新兵军事训练前后心理健康状况变化特点的调查

目的 调查军事训练对新兵心理健康状况的影响。方法 采用ＳＣＬ－９０、ＥＰＱ于军训前后进行团体测验，评定心理健康状况。结果 结果发现军训后强迫、敌对、偏执对症状更加明显，中间个性者人际关系敏感必、外向个性者精神病质表现更为突出。结论 提示军事训练中应加强心理评估和心理卫生干预。

An investigation of mental health state for recruits before and after military training.

Objective To investigate the effect of military training on mental health state of recruits.Method Mental health state and personality type were assessed respectively in group for the first time before military training with Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),and then the second time,also in group,after a three month training only with SCL-90.Results It was found that after military training obsessive compulsive and hostility,as well as paranoid symptom was more serious than that before military training,especially those recruits neither classified as typical introverts nor typical extroverts at the same time appeared to have more obvious interpersonal sensitivity symptom,while those typical extroverts have outstanding psychoticism.Conclusion The results suggested that psychological assessment and intervention shoud be emphasized during the course of military training.
