Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of ginkgolide meglumine injection in the treatment of progressive stroke.Methods:73 patients with progressive stroke from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=36,conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(n=37,ginkgolide meglumine injection treatment).NIHSS score,ADL score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score and ADL score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was more significant,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ginkgolide meglumine injection treatment in patients with progressive stroke has significant clinical effect,which can significantly improve the patient's neurological function and improve the ability of daily living.
