| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声心动图在诊断不同年龄段老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病(SCVHD)中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析在某院行超声心动图检查的60例老年患者的临床资料,对比不同年龄段SCVHD检出率,分析SCVHD患者心脏瓣膜功能障碍发生情况及超声心动图特征。结果:≤69岁组SCVHD检出率明显低于其他两组(P<0.05),≥80岁组单纯主动脉瓣SCVHD检出率明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),SCVHD患者中有12例存在心脏瓣膜功能障碍。结论:SCVHD发病率、发病部位与年龄密切相关,超声心动图检查在诊断不同年龄段SCVHD中有重要应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis senile calcified heart valve disease(SCVHD)in different age groups.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 elderly patients who underwent echocardiography in a hospital,compared the detection rates of SCVHD in different age groups,and analyzed the occurrence of heart valve dysfunction and the characteristics of echocardiography in SCVHD patients.Results:The detection rate of SCVHD patients≤69-year-old group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),and the detection rate of the simple aortic valve SCVHD in the≥80-year-old group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Heart valve dysfunction was found in 12 SCVHD patients.Conclusion:The incidence and location of SCVHD are closely related to age,and echocardiography has important application value in the diagnosis of SCVHD in different ages. |
