Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship between D-dimer,high sensitive C reactive protein,serum homocysteine levels and acute high infarction.Methods:From January 2019 to May 2020,72 patients with acute cerebral infarction in a hospital were selected as study group,and another 72 patients with health check at the same time were selected as control group.The D-dimer levels,high sensitivity C reactive protein,serum homocysteine,neurological deficit,D-D,hsCRP,and the serum Hcy levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The D-dimer level,high sensitivity C reactive protein and serum homocysteine level in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction is related to D-dimer level,high sensitive C reactive protein,and serum homocysteine.Early clinical diagnosis,detection of D-dimer level,high sensitive C reactive protein,and serum homocysteine level play a very important role in the effective diagnosis of disease and improving the prognosis of patients.
