| 摘 要： | 该着重从方法学的角度，对乡镇卫生院综合实力指标模型进行分析和验证。从指标体系的内部结构、信度、效度、区分能力、指标的影响因素5个纬度检验了模型的合理性和实用性；提出了一种主客观相互验证的综合指标检验方法。 |

| Abstract: | This paper aims to analyze and verify the Comprehensive Strength Index in Township Hospitals based on methodology. This paper tests the constitution, fidelity, validity and discern capability of this index to prove its rationality and practicability, meanwhile provides a fidelity test method based on the assessment from the administration of health care. |
