| 摘 要： | 心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病的终末阶段,由于大多数心肌细胞属于永久性细胞,再生能力极其有限。目前药物治疗、介入治疗和外科治疗虽能使闭塞血管再通,在一定程度上缓解心力衰竭的发生或症状,但都不能使心肌数量增加,不能达到令人满意的程度。因此必须使心肌细胞数量增加,血供增加才能从根本上解决问题。随着分子生物学的飞速发展,骨髓间充质干细胞在特定的微环境和适宜的细胞因子作用下可作为一种药物直接或间接对损伤的心肌细胞进行补充或修复,改善心功能,已成为治疗心衰的一个新的研究热点。 |

| Abstract: | Heart failure is the end phase of various cardiovascular diseases.Most cardiomyocytes belong to permanent cells,with limited regeneration.Now that drug therapy、intervention therapy and surgical therapy can recanalize the infarct-related coronary artery and relieve the occurrence or symptom of heart failure to some extents,but these methods can’t increase the number of cardiomyocytes,which is not satisfactory.
