| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清CYFRA21—1和CRP在肺癌患者血清中的水平及其在预后上的意义。方法：分别用免疫散射比浊法和电化学发光免疫分析法定量测定肺癌患者化疗前后血清中CRP和CYFRA21—1的水平。结果：肺癌患者化疗后CRP和CYFRA21—1水平值呈不同程度的下降。结论：血清CRP和CYFRA21—1的测定对肺癌患者化疗后的病情评估、预后判断有一定的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the serum level of C-reaction protein(CRP)and CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung cancer before and after cancer themotherapy and research its clinical applications.Methods:Scattering nephelometry and electrochemi luminescence immunosassay were used separately to detect the amounts of CRP and CYFRA21-1 in serum of 46 patients with lung cancer before and after themotherapy.Result:The amounts of CRP and CYFRA21-1 in serum of lung cancer patients were decreased.Conclusion:The test on CRP and CYFRA21-1 in serum of patients with lung cancer after chemotheraphy has same clinical applications in disease evaluation and prognosis judge. |
