2007年青岛市交通事故伤害监测资料分析

[目的]掌握青岛市交通事故伤害发生情况,为制定交通事故伤害干预措施和预防控制策略提供科学依据。[方法]对2007年青岛市的交通事故伤害监测资料进行分析。[结果]合计报告交通事故伤害17820例,其中男性占68.30%,女性占31.70% 1～24岁占23.42%,25～44岁占47.78%,45～64岁占23.11%,65岁以上占4.69% 文化程度小学、文盲占18.10%,初中占47.96%,高中（中专）占23.00%,大专及以上占9.24% 农牧渔水利业生产人员占19.90%,生产设备运输操作人员占10.99%,专业技术人员占9.43%,办事人员及有关人员占9.35%,商业服务人员占8.50%,家务人员占8.41%,在校学生占6.16%,学龄前儿童占1.83%）。[结论]交通事故伤害中,男性多于女性,25～44岁约占1/2,多为从业人员,随着文化程度的上升交通伤害事故呈明显下降趋势。

The Analysis of Traffic Injury Surveillance in Qingdao City in 2007

[Objective]To learn the situation of traffic injury in Qingdao city so as to provide scientific information in establishing the system of intervention and prevention of traffic injury in Qingdao. [Methods]The data of traffic injury mo- nitored in 2007 was analyzed. [Results]Of the 17 820 traffic-injuries reported,68.30% of them were male and 31.70% were female. The percentages of cases in the age-group of 0-24, 25-44, 45-64 and 65 or over years old accounted for 23.42 % ,47.78 %, 23.11% and 4.69 %, respectively. 47.96 % of injuries were the people who had junior high school education background, followed by 23 % of senior high school, 18.10 % of primary school/illiteracy, 9.24 % of those with a college or higher education background. People working in the field of agriculture or livestock, fishery accounted for 19.90 %, people for equipment transportation and operators accounted for 10.99 %, professionals and technicians accoun- ted for 9.43 %, clerks, business men, housewives accounted for 9.35 %, 8.5 % and 8.41 % respectively, students pre-school children accounted for 6.16% and 1.83 %. [Conclusion]Of the traffic injuries, male was more than female. 50% of them were the people aged from 25 to 44. The traffic injury was going down along with the increase of the education level.
