慢性萎缩性胃炎并HP感染中医治疗研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴HP感染的疗效。方法将172例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组，各组根据中医辨证分为5型，对照组用西药抗HP三联疗法，治疗组在西药治疗的基础上，结合中药辨证施治，疗程4周后，观察治疗组和对照组的治疗结果。结果治疗组86例总有效率气滞血瘀型（Ⅰ型）91．2％、脾胃湿热型（Ⅱ型）85．7％、脾虚肝胃不和型（Ⅲ型）87．5％、胃阴亏虚型（Ⅳ例）87．5％和气血两亏型（Ⅴ型）100．0％，HP阴转率与各型的治愈率相同；对照组86例有效率Ⅰ型68．8％、Ⅱ型75．0％、Ⅲ型77．3％、Ⅳ例70．0％和Ⅴ型66．7％，HP阴转率与各型的治愈率相同，两组各型间两两比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。172例中，以气滞血瘀型、脾虚肝胃不和型多见。结论中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎并HP感染疗效好，复发率低，不良反应轻，疗效肯定。

Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with HP Infection

Objective To observe curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） with HP infection. Methods Total 172 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly and 5 types according to Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs therapy, control group use anti - HP therapy. Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs therapy was adopted in control group baseing on western medicine therapy. After four weeks, to observe therapeutic result of treatment group and control group. Results Effective rate of type Ⅰ （qi - stagnancy and blood stasis） is 91.2% ,type Ⅱ （splenogastric hygropyrexia） 85. 7%, type Ⅲ（ splenic asthenia incoordination between the liver and stomach）is 87. 5% ,type Ⅲ （fluid in stomach deficiency） is 87.5% and type Ⅴ （deficiency of both QI and blood） is 100. 0%. HP clearance rate is the same as cure rate of every type. The difference between the two groups is significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Qi - stagnancy and blood stasis and splenic asthenia incoordination between the liver and stomach common are mostly seen in the 172 patients. Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis with HP infection. Curative effect is better,recurrence rate is lower, adverse effect is fewer.
