Survivin和P27蛋白在前列腺癌中表达及意义

目的观察Survivin和P27蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的表达，探讨Survivin和P27与前列腺癌的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测48例前列腺癌组织和20例前列腺增生组织Survivin和P27蛋白的表达。结果前列腺癌组织中Survivin和P27蛋白的阳性表达率分别为79．17％（38／48）和47．92％（23／48），前列腺增生组织中Survivin和P27蛋白的阳性表达率分别为O（0／20）和90％（18／20），Survivin和P27蛋白阳性表达率在前列腺癌组织和前列腺增生组织中差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），Survivin和P27蛋白表达与前列腺癌病理分级、临床分期和骨转移情况具有相关性（P〈0．05），前列腺癌Survivin和P27的表达呈负相关（P〈0．01）。结论Survivin和P27表达异常在前列腺癌发生发展中具有重要作用，检测Survivin和P27的表达对判断前列腺癌的预后具有重要意义。

Expression and Significance of Survivin and p27 in Prostatic Cancer

Objective To explore the expression of survivin and p27 in prostatic cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was employed to measure the expression of survivin and p27 in 48 cases of prostatic cancer and 20 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia. Results In prostatic cancer tis- sue, the positive expression rates of survivin and p27 were 79. 17% （38/48） and 47.92% （23/48）. In benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue, the positive expression rates of survivin and p27 were 0 （0/20） and 90% （18/20）. The positive expression of survivin and p27 between prostatic cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The positive expression of survivin and p27 were related with the histologic grade, clinical stage and metastasis of prostatic cancer （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of survivin was a reverse correlation with p27 expression in prostatic cancer （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The expression of survivin and p27 were related with the occurrence and progression of prostatic cancer.
