2007年锡林浩特市医疗机构消毒质量调查

目的]通过对锡林浩特市医疗卫生机构消毒质量调查，探索预防院内感染和医源性感染的措施和方法。方法]依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》及GB15982—1995、GB15981—1995方法进行卫生检测与判断。结果]检测各种标本547份，合格450份，总合格率为82．27％。紫外灯强度和空气合格率较低。分别为68．10％和73．08％，市区医院的合格率高于个体诊所。结论]个体诊所对消毒工作不够重视，必须加强管理才能有效地控制院内感染事件的发生。

Investigation on the Quality of Disinfection in Medical Institutes in Xilinhot City in 2007

Objective]To explore the methods to prevent nosocomial and iatrogenic infection after the investigation on the quality of disinfection in medical institutes in Xilinhot city. Methods] Examination and evaluation were conducted based on ＂Standard of disinfection technique＂ by Ministry of Health and the examination methods of GB 15982-1995, GB 15981-1995. Results]Of the 547 samples tested,450 were up to standard,accounting for 82.27%. The qualified rate of the intensity of ultraviolet light and air was 68.10% and 73.08% respectively. The qualified rate of disinfection in urban hospitals was higher than that in private hospitals. Conclusion] Individual clinics do not pay more attention to disinfection. Management must be strengthened,in order to effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
