2007年长春市部分中小学生生长发育及肥胖状况调查

目的]了解长春市青少年的生长状况及肥胖现状。方法]2007年，在长春市城乡抽取15所学校，对2112名中小学生检测身高、体重、胸围，评估肥胖状况。结果]随着年级的增长，身高、体重、胸围均呈增长趋势，小学一年级至高中一年级上升趋势比较明显，高中一年级至高中三年级趋于平缓。体重小学一年级至高中一年级男生均高于女生，高中三年级女生高于男生’（P〈0．01）；男生身高各年龄段均高于女生（P〈0．01或〈0．05）。身高小学一年级、小学四年级、高中一年级城区均高于农村（P〈0．05）；体重高中一年级、高中三年级城区高于农村（P〈0．01）；胸围小学四年级城区高于农村，初中一年级、高中一年级农村高于城区（P〈0．01或〈0．05）。其他各项指标各组间的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）调查学生的肥胖率为13．49％，随着年级的增加肥胖率逐渐升高（P〈0．01）；肥胖率男生为17．05％，女生为10．35％（P〈0．01）；城区为14．68％，农村为12．61％（P〉0．05）。结论]长春市城乡中小学生生长发育过程中存在一些不协调现象，肥胖率呈高增长趋势。

Investigation on Development and Obesity of Adolescent in Changchun City in 2007

Objective]To understand the status of growth and obesity among teenagers in Changchun. Methods]2 112 middle and primary school students from 15 rural and urban schools were tested for their height,weight, chest circumference and the status of obesity was evaluated. Results]Body height, weight and chest circumference increased along with the going up of the grade,with the obviously increase in the students from 1 grade of primary school to 1 grade of middle school. However,it became stable in students of grade 1 to grade 3 in senior middle school. The weight was higher in boys than that in girls among primary to senior high school students, While the weight was higher among girls than that among boys in students of grade 3 in senior high school. （ P 〈0.01） ;The height was taller among boys than that among girls in all students. （ P 〈0.01 or〈0.05）. Students living in urban in grade 1 and grade 4 in primary school and in grade 1 in senior middle school are taller than those living in the downtowns （ P 〈0. 05）. The weight of the students from urban in grade 1 and 3 in senior middle school was higher than that of the students from rural areas（ P 〈0.01）. Chest circumference of students from urban in grade 4 in primary school was bigger than that of the students from rural areas. While the students of grade 1 in junior middle school and grade 1 in senior middle school from urban was smaller than those from rural areas（ P 〈0.01 or〈0.05）. There was no difference of the different items in different groups （ P 〉0.05）. The prevalence of obesity was 13.49% and it increased along with the increase of the age. （ P 〈0. 01）. The prevalence of obesity was 17.05% in boys and 10.35% in girls （ P 〈0.01） ,14.68% in urban students and 12.61% in rural students. Conclusion]The growing condition was not balanced in Changchun City. The prevalence of obesity was going up.
