| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同组合治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）对肝酶的影响。方法40例患者,随机分为两组：甲氨喋呤（MTX）＋来氟米特（LEF）组、甲氨喋呤（MTX）＋来氟米特（LEF）＋白芍总苷（TGP）组,每组20例。分别于治疗0、4、8、12周比较肝功。结果治疗第12周疗效比较：MTX＋LEF＋TGP组总有效率95%,明显优于MTX＋LEF组（有效率90%）。MTX＋LEF组的肝损害高于MTX＋LEF＋TGP组。肝损害多见于具有危险因素的患者,多发生于用药4周以后。结论联合应用TGP治疗活动期RA,近期疗效显著优于MTX＋LEF组;联合应用TGP后肝损害减少。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of different combination on transaminase in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Total 40 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,one is the MTX and LEF group,and the other is the MTX and LEF and TGP group with 20 patients.We measured the hepatic function every 4 weeks for three months.Results We found that the effective power of the MTX and LEF and TGP group was 95%,which is obviously higher than that of MTX and LEF group which the effective power is 90%. Patients of the MTX and LEF group experienced more hepatic more patic injury, which usually affected the ones with risk factors after 4 weeks treatment. Conclusion It is effective in the treatment of active RA combining TGP than the MTX and LEF group ,with less heinjury |
