2004-2007年庄河市恶性肿瘤死亡资料分析

目的]了解居民恶性肿瘤及主要恶性肿瘤死亡情况，为政府和相关部门加强恶性肿瘤防治工作提供科学依据。方法]对庄河市2004-2007年居民恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行分析。结果]2004-2007年庄河市恶性肿瘤死亡合计5798例，恶性肿瘤年均死亡率为158，31／10万，标化死亡率为144．01／10万。恶性肿瘤年均死亡率．男性为194．92／10万，女性为121．18／10万；标化死亡率男性为161．32／10万，女性为99．82／10万。死亡数最多的前4位恶性肿瘤男性、女性和男女合计均为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肠癌。45岁以上肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肠癌死亡者占恶性肿瘤死亡总数的90．00％，〈30岁白血病死亡者占恶性肿瘤死亡总数的45．10％，女性45～59岁乳腺癌死亡者占女性乳腺癌死亡总数的44．35％。结论]庄河市是恶性肿瘤高发区，肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肠癌是导致死亡的主要恶性肿瘤。

Death Data Analysis of Malignant Tumor in Zhuanghe City from 2004 to 2007

Objective]To understand the status of death caused by cancer especially by the main cancer, provide scientitle basis for the government and related institutes to making prevention and control measures. Methods]Death data of malignant tumor among residents from 2004 to 2007 in Zhuanghe city were analyzed, Results]5 798 cancer eases died from 2004 to 2007 in the city with the yearly average mortality rate at 158.31/100 000 and standardized mortality rate at 144.01/100 000. The yearly average mortality rate was 194.92/100 000 in male and 121.18/100 000 in female. The standardized mortality rate was 161.32/100 000 in male and 99.82/100 000 in female. The first 4 causes of death were lung, stomach cancer,cancer of the liver and intestinal cancer. The death rate caused by the first 4 malignant tumors among the cases aged over 45 accounted for 90.00%. While the death rate caused by leukemia among the cases under 30 accounted for 45.10% and the death rate caused by breast cancer among the cases aged from 45 to 59 accounted for 44.35% of all the patients. Conclusion]The prevalence of cancer was high in the city and the main causes of death were lung, stomach cancer, cancer of the liver and intestinal cancer.
