2007年南宁市城区部分旅店客房空气质量调查

[目的]了解南宁市城区旅店客房的空气质量,探讨影响空气细菌总数的有关因素,为提高旅店客房空气质量提供参考依据。[方法]2007年7～12月,在南宁市城区选择中小型旅店85家,对242间客房进行检测。[结果]检测242间客房,细菌总数2～178个/皿,中位数为59.31个/皿,合格的62间,合格率为25.62%。细菌总数合格率,7～8月、9～10月、11～12月分别为34.78%、15.93%、32.43%（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,相对湿度50%～69%、70%以上的分别为16.67%、25.73%（P〉0.05）,有空调的、无空调的分别为26.44%、17.11%（P〉0.05）,可吸入尘含量〈0.05mg/m3的和≥0.05 mg/m3的分别为28.02%、11.84%（P〈0.05）。[结论]南宁市城区部分旅店客房空气质量较好,空气细菌总数合格率受到季节和可吸入尘含量的影响。

Investigation on Indoor Air Quality in Hotels in Nanning City,in 2007

[Objective]To understand indoor air quality in hotels in Nanning city,explore the related factors that influencing the total amount of bacteria,provide.scientific basis for improving the indoor air quality in hotels. [Methods]242 rooms from 85 middle and small-sized hotels were tested in Nanning city from July to December,2007. [Results]Of the 242 rooms tested,the total amount of bacteria was 2-178 per culture dish,the median was 59.31 per culture dish. The qualified rate was 25.62 %. The qualified rate of total amount of bacterial was 34. 78 %,15.93 % and 32.43 % from July to August, September to October and November to December（ P d0. 01 or P d0. 05）. Relative humidity of 500/00-69 % and 70% ac- counted for 16. 67%,25.73% （ P 〉0.05）. It accounted for 26.44% ,17. 11% in room with air-conditioner and in room without air-conditioner. The content of respirable dust of 〈0. 05 mg/m3 or ≥0.05 mg/m3 in room accounted for 28.02 % and 11.84 % respectively（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Indoor air quality in hotels in Nanning city was good, the qualified rate of total amount of bacteria was affected by the changes of seasons and respirable dust.
