高龄孕产妇对母婴健康的影响探讨

目的探讨高龄孕产妇发生率、并发症及对母婴健康的影响和预防措施。方法对2431例高龄孕产妇进行研究分析,就其发生率、并发症及对母婴健康的影响与同期住院分娩的适龄孕产妇进行比较。结果高龄孕产妇发生率12.72%,发生率逐年上升,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;其孕产妇贫血,妊娠期高血压疾病、早产、多胎妊娠、剖宫产、产后出血、新生儿窒息、巨大儿、低出生体重儿,发生率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义。结论高龄孕产妇发生率有逐年上升趋势;高龄孕产妇严重影响母婴健康。因此,应加强孕产妇健康教育,降低高龄孕产妇的发生率,同时做好高龄孕产妇产前保健及分娩期监护,降低并发症的发生率,保障母婴健康。

Influence of Elderly Pregnancy Women on Maternal and Infant Health

Objective Investigate elderly pregnancy women＇s incidence rate, complication and its effects on maternal and infant health and preventive measure. Methods A study was done on 2431 elder pregnancy women and compared to the same period pregnancy. Results Elder pregnancy women＇s incident rate was 12.72% , and the incident rate is gradually increasing（ P 〈0.01 ）. Among them, anemia, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, premature delivery, multiple pregnancy, cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, fetal macrosomia, low birth weight infants, were higher than that of control groups. There is statistically significance. Conclusion Elder pregnancy womeng incident rate is gradually rising;it is harmful to both maternal and infants. Its incidence rate can be reduced by education . In the same time, monitoring the delivery term and prenatal care should reduce the incident rate of complication, which ensure maternal and infants safety.
