| 摘 要： | 目的：调查基因座DYS719在山西汉族人群中的频率，并对其法医学意义进行探讨。方法：从山西汉族人群中随机抽取120例无关男性血样本，10例女性血样本，提取静脉血DNA，在Y染色体基因组DNA中查找候选的基因座，用GDB数据库中的引物进行PCR扩增，非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离以及硝酸银染色，然后将筛选的等位基因进行测序，构建等位基因分型标准物，按照ISFG原则命名各等位基因。结果：共检出5个等位基因，其基因多样性为0.7384；法医学应用方面，其个人识别力和非父排除率均为0.7384。结论：Y染色体基因座DYS719具有较高的遗传多态性，在法医学及人类遗传学方面具有较高的应用价值。
