| 适于乳房美容整形的骨性胸廓畸形的矫正 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用改进的方法对４例合并骨性胸廓畸形的患者行乳房美容整形术，其中１例胸骨右偏及右旋畸形，行垂乳上提；其余３例为鸡胸畸形，此３例中２例行隆乳术，１例行垂乳上提术。在全麻或硬膜外麻醉下，手术采取双侧乳房下皱襞切口，肋软骨部分切除加肌瓣移植，同期由此切口行乳房整形术，效果满意。该手术具有瘢痕小而隐蔽，改变了骨性畸形的强化术式及对软组织的成形，创伤小，保护了胸膜的完整性，对呼吸功能干扰小，对乳腺组织暴露广泛，易于乳房整形等优点。提出了注意事项及进一步研究的方向 |

| Abstract: | Fourcasesofthemammaryaestheticplasticoperationswithdeformityofskeletalthoraxarereportedinthisarticle.Amongthemthereisamammary-liftingoperationwithdeformitiesofster-numrightbiasandrightrotation.Theotherthreecasesarepigeonchestsdeformuties.Inthesethreecases,twocasesareoperatedwithbreast-enlarged,onecasewithbreast-lifting.Theoperationsaredonewithpartialcostalcartilagecutingoffandtransferingofmuscularflaptocorrectthedeformitiesofchestwalthroughtheincisionofunderlineofbreasts.Thebreastsaestheticplasticoperationsarebeingdowninthesametimeunderthegeneralanaesthesiaorepiduralanaesthesia.Theresultsarealsatisfiedwiththepatientsanddoctors.Theadvantagesofthisoperationareasfolows:smalerandhiddenscar;reformingskeletalthoraxdeformityoperationandthesofttissues;littledamage;keepingacompletepleura;smalintrferenceontherespiratoryfunctionwideexposureofmammarytissuesintheopera-tion;easierformastoplasty.Thecautionsandfurtureresearchesarealsodiscussed. |
