咸宁市孕妇艾滋病知识知晓情况调查

目的了解咸宁市孕妇艾滋病知晓情况以及是否存在高危行为。方法对400名孕妇进行艾滋病知识知晓情况的问卷调查。结果孕妇艾滋病知晓率为50.25%,少数孕妇有艾滋病高危行为;30岁以上孕妇知晓率相对较高(χ2=21.77,P<0.05);已婚孕妇知晓率高于未婚孕妇(χ2=8.84,P<0.05);受教育程度越高,孕妇艾滋病知识知晓率越高(χ2=28.52,P<0.05);多次怀孕者知晓率高于初孕者(χ2=4.19,P<0.05)。结论咸宁市孕妇艾滋病认知水平不高,存在高危行为,应加强宣传教育。

Survey of AIDS related knowledge among the pregnant women in Xianning

Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS knowledge and the high-risk behavior among pregnant women in Xianning.Methods The AIDS related knowledge was surveyed with questionnaires among 400 pregnant women.Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 50.25%,and some of the pregnant women had high-risk behaviors.As age increases,the awareness rate gradually increased(χ2=21.77,P<0.05).The awareness rate among married pregnant women was higher than among the unmarried(χ2=8.84,P<0.05).Higher level of education improved the awareness rate(χ2=28.52,P<0.05).The Awareness rate among the women with multiple pregnancies was higher than among the women with the first pregnancy(χ2=4.19,P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among pregnant women is relatively low,and high-risk behaviors are present.Publicity and education should be strengthened among them.
