摘    要:目的监测贵州省未治疗的HIV感染人群中HIV耐药毒株的传播情况、特点和趋势,为指导抗病毒治疗工作,评价治疗效果,合理调整治疗方案和制订相应应对措施提供依据。方法根据世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的资源最小化的艾滋病病毒(HIV)警戒线调查方法(HIVDR-TS),对47例艾滋病阳性血清样本用In-house方法,对pol基因区进行了扩增测序,检测耐药传播相关的耐药突变,并分析其相关的亚型及其比例。结果 47例样本中未发现耐药传播相关的突变位点,pol区基因型分析结果显示,47例样本中CRF01_AE亚型占40.4%(19/47),CRF07_BC亚型占29.8%(14/47),CRF08_BC亚型占27.7%(13/47)、C亚型占2.1%(1/47),未发现其他亚型。结论贵州省耐药株流行率<5%,属HIV耐药株的低度流行水平区,其中CRF01_AE亚型所占比例较大。

A HIV drug resistance threshold survey(HIVDR-TS) in Guizhou Province in 2009

Abstract:Objective To monitor the spread of HIV resistant strains in the untreated population in Guizhou Province,and its characteristics and trends so as to provide evidences for antiretroviral therapy and evaluation of its efficacy and also for rational adjustment of therapeutic regimes and development of appropriate responses.Methods In accordance with(World Health Organization(WHO) recommended HIV drug resistance threshold(HIVDR-TS) methodology,47 HIV-positive serum samples were amplified and sequenced for pol gene regions with in-house method to detect mutations related to spread of drug resistant strains,and analyze relevant subtypes and their proportion.Results No mutation region related to spread of drug resistant strains was found in these 47 samples and pol genotype analysis showed that among these samples CRF01_AE subtype accounted for 40.4%(19/47),CRF07_BC subtype 29.8%(14/47),CRF08_BC subtype 27.7%(13/47),and C subtype 2.1%(1/47),and no other subtypes were identified.Conclusion: The prevalence of drug-resistant strains in this province is less than 5%,and Guizhou is classified as a low prevalent area for HIV drug-resistant strains where CRF01_AE subtype accounts for a larger proportion.
