授课质量的评价

本文提出运用盖洛普民意测验方法,根据医学课程的特点制定一种表格,让全体同学以无计名方式填写,然后对此用计算机进行数据处理,以对教师授课质量作出关于科学性,艺术性,思想性各单项及综合的定量评价,并且用实例说明了数据处理的具体方法。此方法在我院解剖学教研室试用,基本获得成功。对此,本文进行了深入的分析。

Evaluation of Teaching Quality

This paper put forward a form,designed by means of Gallup polland in accordance with the charactersties of medical courses,to be filledin by the students with secret ballot.Then the forms were to beprocessed by computers to evaluate quantitatively the quality of teachingwork in relation to scientific,artistic as well as thoughtful specificitiesboth individually and collectively,practical examples illustrating theactual methods of processing were also afforded.This method was appliedto the teaching staff in Department of Anatomy in our college and provedto be successful.Analyses were made in this paper in a deep going way.
