肾移植存活5年以上的病例分析

对65例肾植后存活5年以上的资料进行了总结,交叉配型结果均<10％,HLA未配7例,已配58例,供肾热缺血时7～12分钟,手术顺利,术后常规免疫抑制治疗6例,三联疗法59例,发生4次加速和急性排斥反应,2例逆转。认为HLA配型、供肾质量、免疫抑制剂的合理治疗、患者年龄和防治慢性排斥反应等对长期存活非常重要。

A Study of Renal Transplantation Recipients Survived for More Than 5 Years

The result of 65 cases of cadaveric renal transplantation survived for more than 5 years were summarized. Among all cases, cross-match was lower than 10 percent, and 58 cases examined by HLA match. The warm ischemia time of cadaveric kidney was ranged from 10~12 minutes. The transplant operations were successful. After operation, 6 cases were given routine immunosuppressive drugs and 59 cases triple-immunosuppressive drugs. Accelerate rejection and acute rejection ocvured in 3 patients but 2 had been cured. The author believ that cross-match, HLA match, donor kidney quality, correct applying im-munospuppressive drugs and monitoring chronic rejection and so on are very important for long term survival recipients.
