从脾论治调节炎症性肠病肠道菌群的研究进展

炎症性肠病是一种慢性反复发作的炎症反应性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病。近年来,越来越多的研究表明肠道菌群在其发病机制中扮演着重要角色。中医脾胃和肠道菌群不仅有着理论的相似点,从脾论治能调整肠道菌群,修复肠道屏障,恢复正常的免疫应答,由此可见二者在功能上的相通之处。本文以肠道菌群为切入点,探讨中医从脾论治炎症性肠病的研究进展。

Research Progress on Regulation of Intestinal Flora in Inflammatory Bowel Disease from the Perspective of the Spleen

Inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic recurrent inflammatory reactive disease,including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that intestinal flora plays an important role in its pathogenesis.In traditional Chinese medicine,spleen,stomach and intestinal flora not only have theoretical similarities,but also can adjust intestinal flora,repair intestinal barrier and restore normal immune response from the treatment of spleen,which shows the functional similarities between the two.This paper takes intestinal flora as a starting point to explore the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease from the spleen.
