清热化瘀方联合康复训练治疗脑卒中恢复期临床观察

目的观察清热化瘀方联合康复训练对脑中风恢复期患者神经功能改善的影响,为临床提供疗效依据。方法选取2019年6月—2019年10月收治的脑中风恢复期患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组采用常规内科治疗及康复训练,试验组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用清热化瘀方颗粒,记录并分析2组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果试验组患者的总有效率高于对照组,试验组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、肢体感觉及运动功能评分、肢体平衡能力评分、生活能力评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热化瘀方联合康复训练可明显改善脑中风恢复期患者的症状,减轻神经功能缺损程度,提高感觉及运动功能,提高生活能力。

Clinical Observation on Clearing Heat for Removing Blood Stasis Recipe Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Cerebral Apoplexy in Convalescence

Objective To observe the effect of clearing heat for removing blood stasis recipe combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy in convalescence.Methods Patients in rehabilitation department of our hospital from June 2019 to October 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated by routine medical treatment and rehabilitation training,and the experimental group applied clearing heat for removing blood stasis recipe on the basis of the control group.After treatment,clinical effect was recorded and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the scores of neurological deficit,limb sense and motor function,limb balance ability and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clearing heat for removing blood stasis recipe combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the symptoms of stroke convalescence patients,reduce the degree of neurological impairment,improve sensory and motor functions and the ability of life.
