对温病卫气营血辨证的新认识

运用中医药治疗温病瘟疫有较好的疗效。在冬、春季流感发作期,尤其在热性传染性疾病中,发挥了突出的临床作用和治疗效果。卫气营血辨治在温病学派中占有着重要的地位,阐明了温病病机传变的一般规律,呈现出阶段性的证侯特点。本人通过多年的临床观察和治疗体会,对温病的发生发展、病机的传变和辨证用药有了新的认识和体会。认为温病瘟疫的发生,有其内在的本质因素;温病的发展传变迅速,往往不遵循着卫、气、营、血的发展辨证规律,往往是各种证候兼夹出现;治疗上宜营卫、气血、表里兼顾,同时要顾护正气津液。

Novel Understanding on the Syndrome Differentiation of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue for Epidemic Febrile Disease

Traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect in treating epidemic febrile disease.During the winter and spring influenza episodes,especially in febrile infectious diseases,it plays a prominent clinical role and therapeutic effect.The syndrome differentiation and treatment of wei-qi-ying-xue occupy an important position in the school of epidemic febrile disease,which clarifies the general law of the pathogenesis of febrile disease and presents the characteristics of periodic syndromes.Through several years of clinical observation and treatment experience,the author has a novel understanding and experience of the occurrence and development of epidemic febrile disease,the change of pathogenesis,as well as the use of medicine.Thinking that the occurrence of the epidemic febrile disease has its inherent intrinsic factors and the development of the disease changes rapidly,and it’s about all kinds of syndromes happen together rather than following the law of development of“wei-qi-ying-xue”.When treating it,we should take care of both ying and wei,qi and xue,superficies and interior,as well as healthy-qi and body fluid.
