摘    要:目的:探讨维生素B1片剂中维生素B1的含量测定方法.方法:紫外分光光度法进行含量测定,样品以标准曲线为测定含量依据,在246nm波长处测吸光度.结果:维生素B1在70.29μg/mL ~ 101.53μg/mL范围内线性关系良好.回归方程Y=0.00765X-0.2435,r=0.99905.结论:测定的3个不同批号样...

Abstract:Objectlve:The measurement method of Vitamin B1 content in tablet is established. Methods:Vitamin B1 is identified by the UV spectrophotomctry at 246nm according to calibration curve method. Results: The linear range is in 70. 29μg/mL - 101.53μg/mL and the regression equation is Y = 0. 007 65X -0. 243 5, r = 0. 99905. Conclusion :The measurement is done in 3 kind of lot number and the result indicate that the Vitamin B1 content in tablet corresponds with standard range. This method is simple,accurate and high sensitivity.
