缓下法治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎、肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症的临床研究

观察中医缓下法治疗CHB、LC内毒素血症的疗效及其对肝功能的影响。缓下法是用柴胡汤制剂(口服液)10ml,一日三次,联合玄明粉(无水硫酸钠胶囊)2-5粒,一日一次,晚睡前口服,疗程3月。治疗前后检测血清内毒素及主要肝功能指标,设健康者为对照组。结果显示该法能明显降低血清内毒素,改善肝功能,治疗后较治疗前血清内毒素明显降低;其降低水平和肝功能改善程度显示治疗组均优于对照组,前者P<0．01,后者P<0．05或 P<0．01。缓下法是治疗慢性乙肝肠源性内毒素血症的有效方法并有明显改善肝功能的作用。

Clinical study of laxation on gut - origin Endotoxemia(ETM) with chronic viral - B hepatitis and liver cirrhosis

To observe the clinical efficacy of laxation on Gut - origin endotoxemia(ETM) Chronic Hepatitis B and cirrhosis and effect on liver function. Experimental group was treated with Chai Hu Tang plus Xuan Ming powder (Na2SO4 capsule) three times day lor three months. Plasma endotoxin and main liver function had been detected before and after treatment. Then comparing with normal adults, Levels of plasma endotoxin was detected by limulus assay. Choosing quantitative endotoxin assay of limulus amoe-bocyte lysale( LAL) text set produced by TPlinc ( USA). After treatment, plasma endotoxin was markedly decreasing, P < 0.01. Liver function can be significantly correct than before, P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 . Laxation is an efficient therapy on Gut - origin en-doloxemia ( KTM) with Chronic Viral - B Hepatitis. At the same time, it can improve liver function obviously.
