持续性游泳对妊娠小鼠巨噬细胞功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察持续性游泳对妊娠期小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生一氧化氮(NO)水平及巨噬细胞功能的变化。方法成年昆明种妊娠期小鼠分别进行持续时间不同的游泳训练,采用Griess试剂检测各组巨噬细胞产生NO的水平,姬姆萨染色法检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结果各试验组孕鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生NO水平及吞噬细胞吞噬功能明显增强,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),适宜游泳应激可增加巨噬细胞产生NO及增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结论妊娠期进行适宜的游泳应激可增强妊娠小鼠的非特异性免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the variation of nitric oxide (NO) secretion and phagocytosis of macrophages from the pregnant mice which have received continuous swimming exercise. Methods Adult pregnant Kunruing mice were divided into several groups and received different period swimming exercise,Griess reagent system was used to detect the NO produced by macrophage while the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages was tested by giemsa staining method. Results Each pregnant group with swimming has significantly enhanced the secretion of NO and also the phagoeytose activity of peritoneal macrophages, with the results showing significant difference in the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Proper swimming stress can enhance pregnant mice nonspeeifie immunity.
