腹腔镜手术在二次妇科手术中的应用(附46例临床资料)

目的探讨有开腹妇科手术史的患者再次行腹腔镜下妇科手术的可能性。方法对有开腹妇科手术史的患者46例，通过操作孔的选择及建立，术中粘连分离的技巧及术中并发症的预防等腹腔镜下操作资料进行回顾性分析。结果再次腹腔镜手术成功44例，2例中转开腹。再次的手术时间为50min～180min，平均为126min；住院时间为4d～6d，平均为4．5d。对本组42例的随访时间为4个月至4年，尚未见远期并发症。结论有开腹妇科手术史的患者再次行腹腔镜手术是安全可行的。

Application of operative laparoscopy in the twice Gynecology operation (to attach the clinical date of 46cases)

Objective To investigate the possibility of operative laparoscopy again who had gynecology operation experiences. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 46 cases of abdominal operation by choosing operation hole ,separating adhesion and preventing complication in the operative laparoscopy. Results 44 cases succeed, 2 cases failed. Mean operation duration in the operative laparoscopy was 126 min, its total operation time was 50-180 min, Mean duration of post-operation in hospital was 4.5 d, its total hospital days were 4-6 d. 42 patients were followed-up after the operation, followed time was from 4 month to 4 years,there was no other long-term complication. Conclusion Operative laparoscopy again in the patients who had gynecology operation experiences was safe and possible.
