| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺结合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的镇痛作用及其对血浆P物质的影响。方法:将90例LIDH患者随机分成治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,每组各30例。测定治疗前后患者血浆中SP水平的变化,并采用简化麦吉尔疼痛量表测定患者疼痛。结果:治疗后3组血浆中SP含量均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),且治疗组SP含量下降优于两对照组(P0.01)。3组治疗前后疼痛评分均有改善,治疗组较两对照组有显著改善(P0.01)。结论:针刺结合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症能降低血浆SP的含量,具有良好的镇痛作用。
