| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨sYKmRNA在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与临床病参数之间的关系。方法：采用逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）测定40例卵巢癌组织、20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织及20例正常卵巢组织中SYKmRNA的表达。结果：卵巢癌组织中SYKmRNA的表达水平明显低于正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织,差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）;SYKrnRNA的表达水平在卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织之间无明显差异（t=0．21,P〉0．05）SYKmRNA阳性表达率与卵巢癌的临床分期、组织分级、淋巴转移均高度相关（P〈0．01）。浆液性卵巢癌中SYKmRNA阳性表达率明显低于其在粘液性卵巢癌中的表达率（X^2=4．57,P〈0．05）。结论：SYKmRNA表达缺失或减少可能与卵巢癌的发生、浸润、转移及恶性程度密切相关,可能是一潜在肿瘤抑制因子。
