| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨事件相关电位 (ERP)对血管性痴呆 (VD)的早期诊断价值。方法 对 10 8例缺血性脑血管病 (ICVD)及其危险因素患者进行听觉ERP和心理量表测试。结果 不同类型的ICVD及其危险因素患者ERP的N2 和P3 峰潜伏期 (PL)均较对照组显著延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且P3 PL与心理量表成绩呈显著负相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;P3 PL对VD诊断的敏感性和特异性分别为 81.3%和 80 .4 %。结论 ERP可以作为客观评价认知障碍敏感而简便的电生理学指标 ,动态观察ERP(P3 PL)的变化有助于VD的早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of event related potentials (ERP) in patients with vascular dementia (VD).Methods 108 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) and its risk factor and 30 age matched normal subjects were examined with auditory ERP, cognitive capacity screening examination (CCSE) and mini mental state examination (MMSE).Results As compared with the normal controls, the peak latencies (PL) of ERP components, N 2 and P 3, were significantly delayed in patients with different types of ICVD and its risk factor ( P < 0.05 ). There were negative relationships between P 3PL and the scores of CCSE and MMSE ( P < 0.05 ). The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of ERP (P 3PL) for VD were 81.3% and 80.4% respectively. Conclusion ERP may be an objective, sensitive and simple electrophysiological index in evaluating cognitive dysfunction. Monitoring ERP (P 3PL) is worth in early diagnosis of VD. |
